It was nice talking to Melissia. This was my first interview in united states of america and she made it very comfortable. She was friendly and provided the information about the company and the position briefly.

Melissia provided a warm, upbeat and comfortable first stage, introductory interview experience for me, in reference to a new-new business development role for Izea in New York City. While some questions that I had were definitely meant for a more advanced stage of a mutual exploration process, her affirmation of those questions confirmed that I was asking the right ones, as the answers would be critical for me at least, in our process. All in all: Melissia had a strong but personable phone presence as an excellent, initial/introductory and professional talent acquisition professional.
